Janet’s career has focused on workplace relations and dispute resolution. She has clocked up over 27 years’ experience in a range of roles, the last 16 of which have been as a Director of WorkSight. Janet has post-graduate qualifications in industrial relations and human resource management and has undertaken training in both problem solving and transformative forms of mediation. Janet’s recent work has focused on drafting tailored workplace agreements, developing early intervention grievance procedures, undertaking workplace investigations and assisting a number of public sector employers manage restructuring of their workforce.
