A request to correct personal information may be denied if we have no need to contact you again.

Your complaint must be in writing and marked for the attention of the WorkSight, addressing the following: what the problem is, why it is a problem, and, how we can remedy the situation. If you are not satisfied with our response, we will direct you to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for further advice. Please note that the Privacy Commissioner will only hear a complaint after you have first attempted to resolve it with us.
