Janet’s career has focused on workplace relations and dispute resolution. She has clocked up over 25 years experience in a range of roles,
the last 14 of which have been as a Director of WorkSight. Janet has post-graduate qualifications in industrial relations and human resource
management and has undertaken training in both problem solving and transformative forms of mediation. Janet’s recent work has focused on
developing tailored workplace agreements, developing early intervention grievance procedures and undertaking investigations in the not-for profit and higher education sectors.
